  • Negligent homicide, and other felony charges, along with DUI;
  • Reckless driving;
  • Failure to stop at the scene of an accident;
  • Fleeing an officer; and 
  • Other serious violations will result in 6 points on your license. 

4 points can also be added when you are charged and proven guilty with the following acts, such as:

  • Drag racing;
  • Impaired driving;
  • Underage driver with BAC;
  • Excessive speeding of more than 16 miles per hour over the limit; and 
  • Failure to yield for emergency vehicles could result in 4 points on your license.
